Crafted from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, and 10% Cabernet Franc. Fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel and matured for 12 months in used French oak barrels, this organic Bolgheri Rosso expresses deep aromas of blackcurrant, plum, and blackberry, layered with spice, tobacco, and subtle earthy notes. On the palate, it’s structured yet supple, with fine, smooth tannins and a lingering finish. Enjoyable now for its vibrancy and balance, but capable of aging gracefully for 6–8 years.
