Pago de Carraovejas - 2019 - Cuesta de Las Liebres - 750 ml.

Cuesta de las Liebres grapes were harvested by hand after exhaus-tive monitoring during the ripening cycle and after an initial selec-tion in the vineyard. It was transported in small boxes to the winery, passing through a cold chamber and selection table. The grape must was moved by gravity, and the alcoholic and malolactic fermenta-tions were carried out in small wooden vats. In order to mark the personality of the terroir, our own yeasts were used during this process. The wine was aged for 24 months in new extra fine-grain French oak barrels.
