Rosé wine has been pretty popular. For a couple of years, the sales of rosé wines have increased considerably. The color range may go from a pale copper, through coral to carmine red, without reaching deep red.
Rosé Wine is usually noted for its freshness, softness and lightness, characteristics that are decisive in choosing an appropriate pairing and in tune with the dish.
Darker rosés can convey fruitier flavors to the palate. Among the flavors that can be distinguished we find: bananas, lemon, mandarin, pomegranate, watermelon or melon. Additionally, more delicate touches typically from cherries, blackberries, strawberries or blueberries can be perceived. And thus we find combined in the same wine the characteristics of a white wine and a red wine.
We at finding.wine have lots of rosés wines varieties, check our stock if you see some that you like.
