A brand new wine from the Enemigo brand made from 100% Torrontes from the vineyards in Gualtallary, situated 1.6 kilometres above sea level. This fresh and clean wine gives seductive perfumed aromas of flowers, peach, wet stone and herbs on the nose. While subtle notes of lime, peach, grapefruit and almond sit on the palate and develop into a long lengthy finish with chalk and saline. The crispness and acidity will pair beautifully with fine seafood dishes or something spicy and fresh.
