Chile is a fascinating country in the Southern Cone of America, which holds the title of "the longest in the world", since from its northern part to the southern end it stretches for 4,329 kilometers in length. Viña Vik is a winery, luxury hotel, and vineyard, located in the Millahue Valley, O'Higgins region, in Chile. It was founded in 2006 by the Norwegian Alexander Vik and his wife Carrie Vik, after the acquisition of 4,300 hectares in the Cachapoal Valley.
The vineyard produces five varieties of grapes: Carmenere, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah, which markets them through its Vik, Millacala and La Piubelle brands.
