Trepat is a Catalan red grape concentrated around Conca de Barberà and used almost entirely for pink sparkling wine; still reds from it remain scarce. Agustí Torelló Mata gives this rosat a vintage date, 2019, which sets it apart from the non-vintage house blends that dominate Catalan sparkling production.
