DESCRIPTION

Sauvignon Blanc seldom gets the sparkling treatment, since most of the world's fizz leans on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir or regional workhorses like Glera. Steenberg makes one anyway, non-vintage, from South Africa's Western Cape. The farm traces to a 1682 land grant in Constantia, one of the oldest wine properties in the country.
