DESCRIPTION

Gran Selezione was added above Riserva at the top of the Chianti Classico hierarchy in 2014. It asks for thirty months of aging and, unlike Riserva, for fruit grown on the producer's own land. Villa Rosa made this Sangiovese under those terms in 2016.
