The producer's name nods to albariza, the chalk-white soil that marks the prized vineyard land around Jerez and stores winter rain for the vines to draw on through the dry months. This 2018 Fino was raised under flor, the living veil of yeast that seals a sherry butt off from air. Everything a fino is follows from that veil.
