The 2013 harvest behind this Esencia de la Torre Oloroso is the oldest among Albariza de la Torre's bottlings here. Oloroso is the cellar's fully oxidative road: fortified past the strength at which yeast can work, the wine ages exposed to air, darkening as evaporation concentrates what remains in the cask.
