Anima Negra - 2020 - An/2 - 750 ml.

Mallorca sits far enough offshore that its vineyards grew up around grapes barely planted anywhere else: Callet, Manto Negro, Fogoneu. Balearic wine long served the island's own tables and its visitors instead of export markets, which is part of why those varieties survived at all. Anima Negra works with that native material, and the An/2, here in 2020, is a red blend built on it.
