Irouleguy is the only appellation of the French Basque Country, worked on terraces in the foothills of the western Pyrenees, and its reds are built on Tannat with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon alongside. Domaine Arretxea farms there, and Cuvee Haitza is one of the estate's red bottlings, offered here from 2021.
