DESCRIPTION

Franciacorta's non-vintage wines must rest at least 18 months on their lees before release, a longer floor than Champagne sets. Barone Pizzini draws Animante from Chardonnay with Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero in the Franciacorta hills of Lombardy, west of Brescia. This Brut Nature bottling receives no dosage after disgorgement, so no sugar is added back to the blend.
