Sauvignon Blanc

Super fresh, a typical Sauvignon nose, with a hint of nettle and lashings of gooseberry and passionfruit. The native Greek variety, Assyrtiko, has imparted citrus aromas and bone-dry minerality to the blend.

Sauvignon Blanc and Assyrtiko share the bottle in Biblia Chora's 2024 Estate White. Assyrtiko earned its fame on Santorini's volcanic terraces; planted near the northern Aegean coast instead, it joins Sauvignon Blanc in the blend that made the estate's name.
