Biblia Chora's 2021 Ovilos Red is Cabernet Sauvignon, a variety with deeper roots in northern Greece than many assume: Domaine Carras planted it in the late 1960s on the advice of Bordeaux enologist Émile Peynaud. This bottling extends that Macedonian Cabernet lineage into the present.
