Agiorgitiko, the grape behind Nemea's reds in the southern Peloponnese, rarely travels this far north. In Plagios Red, Biblia Chora grows it alongside Merlot on the slopes of Mount Pangeon, setting a native Greek variety next to an international one. The 2021 falls under the Pangeon PGI, the geographic indication drawn around these hills.
