Color deep cherry color with violet hints, covered and brilliant. Aroma creamy oaky hints, fine woods and fruit background of blackberries and black fruits in general. It offers a great deal of harmony between wood and fruit, which develops into an elegant wine. In the mouth it is fleshy, powerful and well-structured enhancing the ripe fruit notes that are softened by its ageing time in fine oaky woods. It is warm and velvety. Serving temperature: 16 – 18 °C. Suggested dishes: read meats, roast meats, game and cheeses.
