Dijon clones are Pinot Noir selections worked out in Burgundy and brought into North American nurseries in the 1980s, favored for smaller clusters and earlier ripening than the older California field selections. Bouchaine drew this 2020 from estate vines of that material. Clone designations rarely reach a front label, which makes the wording on this one unusually specific.
