Boya - 2016 - Sauvignon Blanc - 750 ml.

For decades much of what Chile sold as Sauvignon Blanc turned out to be Sauvignonasse, a separate variety finally sorted out by DNA work in the 1990s. Boya's is a dry white from the real grape, dated 2016. Harvest in the Southern Hemisphere falls in the first months of the calendar year, so that number marks a picking in early 2016.
