Byrrh - NV - Grand Quinquina Aperitif Wine - 750 ml.

A quinquina is an aperitif built on a wine base and flavored with cinchona bark, the same plant that gives us quinine, and Byrrh has been produced at Thuir in Roussillon since the 1860s. Because it is fortified and aromatized, it belongs on the aperitif shelf alongside vermouth instead of among table wines, and it carries no vintage.
