Sauvignon Gris is a pink-skinned mutation of Sauvignon Blanc, and Chile is among the few countries with meaningful old plantings of it; the 1912 on this label refers to the planting year of the vines behind the wine. Casa Silva farms in Colchagua, in Chile's central valley belt, and this 2015 is vinified as a white despite the tinted skins.
