Santo Stefano is a hillside in the commune of Neive, one of the villages inside the Barbaresco zone. Riserva there means four years of aging before a bottle can be sold, instead of the usual two, so this 2018 Nebbiolo from Castello di Neive arrived on shelves long after the harvest that made it.
