Monastrell out of DO Jumilla, bottled by Cerrón from the 2024 harvest under a label whose name translates as 'the time that unites us.' The grape answers to other names abroad: Mourvèdre in southern France, Mataro in parts of Australia and California. Rain across Jumilla runs near 300 millimetres a year, which is why much of the district is dry-farmed, with vines set far apart so each can draw on more ground.
