Vouvray is Chenin Blanc and nothing else, made anywhere from bone dry to richly sweet and often sparkling, so the word Sec on the label is carrying real information. Le Clos du Portail names an enclosed parcel; clos, in French, simply means a walled or fenced plot. Champalou bottled this one in 2021.
