Chateau Peyrat - 2022 - Pettilant Naturel - 750 ml.

Pétillant naturel means the wine goes into bottle before its first fermentation finishes, so the bubbles come from that same fermentation with no liqueur added afterwards and often no filtration. Château Peyrat's 2022 uses Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, two white grapes long blended together in France. The result is a lightly sparkling white, not a Champagne-method wine.
