Malvasia de Sitges survives on a handful of hectares in coastal Catalonia, named after the seaside town where growers kept it going long after phylloxera swept the area. Clos Lentiscus, a natural-wine estate in the Penedès hills south of Barcelona, bottles the grape as Gentlemant. The vintage here is 2014, so the wine arrives with more than a decade already behind it.
