Perill means peril in Catalan, and it names a set of bottlings from Clos Lentiscus, an estate in the Garraf hills of Penedes that works in the natural-wine idiom. This red is the 2012, which puts more than a decade between harvest and the glass. Penedes is better known for its white and sparkling production, so reds from the zone circulate in smaller volumes.
