Coupe - 2021 - La Bastide - 750 ml.

Minervois covers the slopes north of the Aude, in the Languedoc, and its rules rank the grapes: Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre count as the principal varieties, while Carignan and Cinsault come in as complementary ones. The appellation is younger than the winemaking it governs, though: Minervois held the lower VDQS rank from 1951 and was promoted to appellation only in 1985. This 2021 is Coupe's bottling under that name.
