De Toren - 2020 - Fusion V - 750 ml.

Fusion V takes its name from its five parts, the full Bordeaux red set of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot. De Toren farms the Polkadraai Hills on the western edge of Stellenbosch, close enough to False Bay for the sea to temper the summer heat, and the 2020 was assembled from all five varieties.
