Domaine Chanzy - 2021 - Mercurey Clos les Bussieres - 750 ml.

Mercurey is the biggest red appellation of the Cote Chalonnaise, the stretch of Burgundy south of Beaune whose village names travel less widely than those of the Cote d'Or. Reds there must be Pinot Noir, and that is what fills Domaine Chanzy's 2021 Clos les Bussieres. The Clos in the name points to one enclosed parcel instead of a village-wide blend.
