DESCRIPTION

Nuits-Saint-Georges has no grand cru, so premier cru is the ceiling of its hierarchy, and the Aux Perdrix climat lies in the Prémeaux stretch at the appellation's southern end. Estate and climat share a name, which is uncommon enough in Burgundy to be worth pointing out. Domaine Des Perdrix bottled this Pinot Noir from the 2020 harvest.
