Côtes du Jura runs the length of the region's vineyard strip, some 80 kilometres of marl and limestone slopes between Burgundy and the Swiss border, and it is the name growers use for wines falling outside the smaller local appellations. Domaine Maire et Fils built this 2020 Tradition Rouge from Jura red grapes, of which the region grows only three: Poulsard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir.
