DESCRIPTION

Cremant de Loire is a traditional-method sparkling appellation: the second fermentation happens inside the bottle, and the rules require an extended stay on the lees before disgorgement. Domaine Paul Buisse bottles this one without a vintage, blended from the region's permitted white grapes with Chenin Blanc at the center. The appellation covers several Loire districts rather than a single commune.
