Quincy received its appellation in 1936, among the earliest granted in France, and it remains Sauvignon Blanc territory exclusively: no other grape may be bottled under the name. Domaine Trotereau's 2022 comes from this compact Loire zone west of Sancerre, on gravel and sand terraces above the Cher.
