The Don Leo Kosher wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged for 12 months is 20% new French Oak. Grown in the Parras Valley, Coahuila. The terrior is clay, sand and Silt. Sitting at an altitude of 6800 feet. it is one of the few wines in Mexico with KOSHER certification, acquired with the presence and authorization of Mr. R.Z.L. Libersohn.
