DESCRIPTION

Cremant d'Alsace rose has exactly one permitted grape, Pinot Noir, since it is the only red variety Alsace allows at all. Dopff & Irion's non-vintage version takes its bubble from a second fermentation in the bottle, not in tank. Alsace turns out more cremant than any other French region.
