Doubleback is the Walla Walla Valley winery Drew Bledsoe founded in his hometown after his years as an NFL quarterback. The valley is one of the few American appellations divided by a state line, with a good share of its vineyards planted on the Oregon side even though most of the wine is bottled as Washington. The Merlot here is from 2022.
