The Sonnenuhr in Wehlener Sonnenuhr is literal: a sundial set into the slope by the Prüm family in the 1840s so workers on the terraces could read the hour from a distance. Dr. Loosen holds parcels in the site, and the 2020 here is dry, drawn from its older vines. The village's name traveled the world on sweeter Prädikat bottlings; dry wine from here is a newer chapter.
