DESCRIPTION

Urville, Drappier's home village in the Aube, sits closer to Chablis than to Épernay, and its Kimmeridgian limestone has more in common with Chablis soils than with the chalk of the Marne. The house's Brut Rosé is Pinot Noir grown on that ground.
