Late Bottled Vintage is a regulated Port category: fruit from one declared year, held four to six years in wood, then bottled. Duorum's 2018 LBV follows that route, made in the Douro's terraced schist upriver from Porto, where grape spirit is added mid-fermentation so unfermented sugar remains in the finished wine.
