Esencia de la Torre Fino is a 100% Palomino Fino fortified wine, aged for five years in criaderas and solera wineries. Dry and sharp, with notes of almond and bread. Serve very chilled at 6-8°C.

Fino is the sherry style aged under flor, the film of yeast that forms on the surface of a partly filled butt and shields the wine from air. Palomino Fino is the grape and Jerez the source, and the 500 ml bottle is a size sherry uses far more often than table wine does. No vintage appears because solera aging blends years by design.
