Kabinett is the lightest rung of Germany's Prädikat classification, set by the sugar concentration in the must at harvest. Forstmeister Geltz-Zilliken draws this 2023 Riesling from Saarburg, on the Saar, a tributary valley that runs cooler and ripens later than the Mosel it feeds into.
