Bliss Nectar is bottled in a demi-sec style, several steps up the sweetness scale from brut. On the sparkling wine categories used across the trade, demi-sec covers roughly 32 to 50 grams of residual sugar per litre, which puts it well above the dry end of the range. The blend is Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Robertson, released without a vintage year.
