Henschke - 2018 - Mount Edelstone - 750 ml.

Mount Edelstone is a single vineyard in Eden Valley, planted to Shiraz in 1912 on its own roots, and Henschke has bottled it under its own label since the early 1950s. The name echoes the German Edelstein, gemstone, left behind by the settlers who worked this part of South Australia. Shiraz stands alone in the 2018.
