Tappa Pass is the old route across the Barossa Range connecting the Barossa Valley with the Eden Valley, and the Shiraz bottled under that name by Henschke draws on grower vineyards on both sides of the divide. That is why the 2020 reads as a Barossa zone wine, the umbrella category that covers the two valleys together.
