Futsu-shu is sake's everyday grade, the category sitting outside the premium tokutei meishoshu designations, with no minimum rice-polishing requirement attached. Housui fills this one into a 1.8 liter isshobin, the large format Japanese households and izakaya have relied on for generations. Brewed from rice and water, it carries no vintage.
