Housui - NV - Old Mt Yamahai Toku Junmai - 720 ml.

Junmai means the brew is rice, water, koji and yeast with no added alcohol. The yamahai part points to a starter mash left to acidify on ambient lactic bacteria instead of receiving a measured dose of lactic acid, a slower way to build the seed for fermentation. Housui's Old Mt is a tokubetsu, or special, junmai, filled at 720 ml.
