Inama farms Garganega on Monte Foscarino for this 2022, a basalt hill on the eastern flank of the Soave zone, where volcanic ground shades into limestone as you move west toward the town of Soave itself. Garganega ripens late, and much of the district still trains it overhead on pergolas, a holdover from older Veneto practice.
