Joseph Drouhin has worked from cellars beneath the old center of Beaune since 1880. The vineyards the family owns outright have been farmed organically since the 1990s, though a regional bottling like this one also draws on long-standing grower relationships. The 2023 Bourgogne Rouge is Pinot Noir gathered from parcels across the region rather than any one village.
