Kiminoi - NV - Junmai Ginjo Sake - 300 ml.

Sake's standard bottle holds 720 ml, four go in the old Japanese measure, so this 300 ml size accounts for a little over 40 percent of one. Junmai means nothing but rice, water, koji and yeast went in, with no distilled alcohol added; ginjo sets the milling at 60 percent or less of the original grain. Kiminoi releases it without a year, as sake is normally sold.
